• Description: Due to additional onboarding requirements, a meet and greet is required for all new hires. Candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini, Client, or onsite location as indicated by project team to meet with a Capgemini team member prior starting their assignment. If the candidate is not local, travel covered by Capgemini. If travel is involved and after selection the candidate declines the offer, costs will be paid by vendor and not Capgemini.

JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Architect with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric to lead cloud architecture and data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure solutions.
• Hands on Architect end-to-end data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and data integration patterns.
• Ensure best practices in cloud governance, security, and cost optimization.
• Lead migration and modernization efforts from on-prem to Azure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay updated with Azure and Fabric advancements to drive innovation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
