Requirements
Experience in Azure Cloud / Azure SQL database programming.
Strong relational database experience and Application development skills using database, backend(Java), Web UI & API technologies.
Conversant with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and Agile ways of working.
Collaborates with business analysts, product owners, users, IT, and vendor teams to understand application functionalities to troubleshoot complex application/system issues.
Makes technical investigations for IT applications, and infrastructure incidents and examines issues arising to determine the causes and provide, and implement solutions to solve the identified problems.
Self-starter with a go-get attitude, learn and adapt to application support, development activities, incident management, troubleshooting, and tracking the work items to closure.
Ability to work with multiple teams with strong analytical, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
Familiar with monitoring, alerting practices, and implementing monitoring/alerting tools.
Expertise with standard SDLC tools and version control systems.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with software Application Technical Support and software development practices
