AI Solutions Architect

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly technical, hands on AI Solutions Architect to help design, build, and support the organization's next generation AI platform and digital workplace initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in implementing Microsoft Fabric, modernizing the intranet through SharePoint Online, and supporting a growing portfolio of AI, Copilot, and knowledge management initiatives.

This is a newly created position within a small, high impact innovation team. The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture expertise with hands on Azure administration and implementation experience, bringing both strategic vision and technical execution to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise AI architecture on Microsoft Azure

• Lead the deployment and adoption of Microsoft Fabric across the organization

• Support the redesign and modernization of the firm's intranet using SharePoint Online

• Build scalable, secure, and production ready AI environments that support business and knowledge management initiatives

• Develop architecture standards, deployment patterns, governance controls, and infrastructure documentation

• Administer Azure subscriptions, resource groups, identity management, access controls, and AI services

• Collaborate with AI engineers, automation teams, knowledge management leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions

• Support AI, Copilot, SharePoint, and digital transformation projects while ensuring security, compliance, performance, and operational reliability

Key Requirements

• 7 plus years of experience in cloud architecture, Azure engineering, infrastructure architecture, or related technical leadership roles

• Demonstrated hands on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions within Microsoft Azure

• Deep expertise in Azure administration, architecture, governance, security, identity management, and operational support

• Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Fabric in a production environment

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, including architecture, administration, and intranet modernization initiatives

• Experience building solutions with Copilot Studio and supporting enterprise AI adoption initiatives

• Strong understanding of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, container services, and AI platform services

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and nontechnical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Copilot Foundry and advanced Microsoft AI platform capabilities

• Experience deploying and governing enterprise AI applications at scale

• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification

• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification

• Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate certification

• Experience supporting knowledge management, semantic search, retrieval systems, or AI enabled content platforms

• Background within legal services, professional services, or highly regulated industries
