We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Technologies, and modern Data Warehousing/Lakehouse Architecture. The ideal candidate will design scalable cloud-based data solutions and collaborate closely with stakeholders to support enterprise data initiatives.
Primary Skills:
They are looking for a senior-level Microsoft Fabric Architect / Implementation Lead to help drive the design and implementation of an enterprise data platform strategy.
This is not an ETL developer role - the client needs someone with a consultative mindset who can provide architectural vision, understand business logic, and help structure data environments for future AI and analytics initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data technologies, data warehousing/lakehouse architecture, and stakeholder-facing communication.
Experience helping organizations modernize and prepare data platforms for AI enablement is highly preferred.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Fabric, from initial tenant setup through production rollout and ongoing expansion.
Seven or more years of experience in data platform, data engineering, or analytics architecture roles, with at least three years in a lead or architect capacity.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Microsoft data stack, including Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
Proven experience leading the implementation of an enterprise data platform from the ground up or through a significant expansion.
Design the integration approach between Fabric and source systems, including JD Edwards, Azure SQL, operational systems, and third-party data sources.
Required Skills:
