Hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Six-month contract assignment.
Opportunity to contribute to an enterprise cloud and data modernization initiative.
Work directly with Azure-based data engineering technologies in a large financial-services environment.
How You Will Make An Impact
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies.
Build and support data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
Develop and maintain data solutions involving Azure SQL.
Support data lake and enterprise data integration capabilities.
Contribute to Oracle Cloud Phase 3 data initiatives involving multiple business entities.
Ensure data solutions meet appropriate security, governance, reliability, and compliance expectations.
Collaborate with technology and business teams to support data movement and integration requirements.
Are you an experienced Azure Data Engineer ready to make an impact?
Bring approximately 5–7 years of relevant data engineering experience.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory.
Possess strong experience working with Azure SQL.
Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is valuable.
Experience with Azure Databricks is valuable.
Understand modern data pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data architectures.
Demonstrate awareness of data security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Azure certifications are preferred where applicable.
Bring strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
