Job summary : Design and Eligible to workimize scalable cloud data solutions by applying deep expertise in Azure SQL DB and Azure Solution Architect practices, working in a hybrid day shift model. Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess current environments, plan Azure migrations, and implement monitoring and automation using Azure Monitor and Azure Copilot, ensuring secure, resilient, and efficient platforms that support business growth and societal impact through reliable digital services.

Responsibilities : - Architect end to end Azure data solutions that leverage Azure SQL DB to deliver highly available and performant platforms aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. - Drive comprehensive Azure Assessment activities to evaluate existing workloads, identify modernization opportunities, and create clear migration roadmaps that minimize risk and downtime. - Design secure and scalable migration strategies using Azure Migrate Tool to move databases and applications to Azure SQL DB while maintaining data integrity and compliance. - Coordinate hybrid working model collaboration with product owners and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into practical Azure Solution Architect designs. - Implement robust observability practices using Azure Monitor to define metrics, alerts, and dashboards that provide actionable insights into performance, reliability, and capacity usage. - Utilize Azure Copilot capabilities to automate routine configuration, documentation, and code generation tasks, improving engineering efficiency and consistency of solution delivery. - Oversee creation of detailed solution artifacts such as architecture diagrams, data flow definitions, and configuration guidelines to ensure repeatable and maintainable deployments. - Guide performance Eligible to workimization and cost management initiatives for Azure SQL DB solutions, including right sizing resources and tuning queries to support sustainable operations. - Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to embed resilient identity access controls and data protection measures within all Azure related architecture decisions. - Support day to day incident analysis and problem resolution by using Azure Monitor insights and migration tool logs to rapidly diagnose root causes and recommend corrective actions. - Engage with business teams to explain architectural trade offs and demonstrate how Azure based solutions will improve user experiences and support long term societal digital inclusion. - Align hybrid work practices and documentation standards so distributed teams can confidently operate and evolve Azure platforms without dependency on constant in person coordination. - Mentor peers on effective use of Azure Copilot Azure Monitor and Azure Migrate Tool so collective team capability scales and the organization can respond quickly to new demands. -Qualifications - Demonstrate ten to twelve years of experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions with significant focus on cloud platforms and data centric architectures. - Show advanced hands on proficiency with Azure SQL DB including schema design backup strategies performance tuning and integration with application and analytics workloads. - Possess strong experience using Azure Monitor to define observability baselines create dashboards configure alerts and interpret telemetry for proactive platform management. - Apply practical experience with Azure Migrate Tool to plan migrations execute proof of concepts and manage cutover activities for databases and application stacks. - Use Azure Copilot in daily work to streamline solution documentation generate configuration templates and support coding efforts related to Azure based components. - Exhibit solid Azure Assessment skills by conducting discovery sessions inventorying assets and mapping dependencies to create informed cloud adEligible to workion strategies. - Bring comprehensive Azure Solution Architect knowledge covering networking security identity data services and integration patterns to ensure cohesive solution designs. - Prefer experience in hybrid work environments that require thoughtful communication practices and strong self management to collaborate effectively across locations.
