- 15+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
- Experience with integration of Azure DevOps pipelines with different tools like Salesforce, Apigee, Matillion and etc.
- Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git and branching strategies.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights).
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
