Azure DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, US – Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to support cloud applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and production operations in a Microsoft Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Azure applications, infrastructure, and production environments.
Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues.
Manage and support Azure services including AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes/AKS clusters and containerized applications.
Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL/data integration issues.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational documentation.
Identify opportunities for automation and improve platform reliability.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Azure Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.
Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Experience with incident management, RCA, and problem resolution.
Good scripting/automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
