Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:
At Ramsey Solutions, we’re simplifying how the organization operates through scalable automation and integration solutions. As an Azure Integration Engineer, you’ll build and support event-driven automations and system integrations using tools like Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Runbooks, and Power Automate.
You’ll take ownership of the automation environment, improve existing systems, and help guide the organization toward scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 4+ years of experience working with Azure automation and integration tools such as Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Runbooks, and Power Automate.
- You’ve built integrations across systems using APIs and enjoy solving complex workflow and automation challenges.
- You think in systems and can identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and design scalable long-term solutions.
- You prioritize security, governance, and reliability when designing integrations and automation.
- You’re comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing production systems, not just building new ones.
- You enjoy taking ownership of technical environments and helping guide modernization efforts using best practices.
- You communicate well and can partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- You move with urgency, navigate ambiguity well, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

- You quickly understand the current automation and integration landscape and become a trusted technical owner of the environment.
- Existing workflows and integrations are stabilized, optimized, and easier to maintain.
- New automation opportunities are proactively identified and implemented, reducing manual work across the organization.
- Systems and integrations become more scalable, secure, reliable, and thoughtfully governed.
- You help guide the future direction of automation and integration practices across the organization using industry best practices.
- You become a force multiplier across teams by helping simplify operations while reducing technical debt and improving long-term efficiency.
