Roles & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of Azure experience
- Good BFSI domain knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
- Monitoring tools (Azure App Insights.)
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
Responsibilities:
- Monitor live Azure applications and infrastructure 24/7
- Respond to production incidents, outages, and alerts
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
- Handle incident tickets (ServiceNow/JIRA) and ensure SLA adherence
- Analyze logs using Azure App Insights
- Provide on-call support for critical issues
- Track system health, metrics, and alerts
- Work with development teams for bug fixes and deployments
- Participate in release management and change processes
- Suggest system improvements and automation opportunities
- Document incidents, solutions, and known issues · Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Automate repetitive tasks · Improve reliability and reduce manual interventions
- Implement proactive monitoring and preventive fixes
