Lead, gather and analyze user requirements for Azure Cloud product development using Agile/ Scrum methodologies. Design and implement custom software applications leveraging Office 365 and SharePoint. Implement and manage CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps. Create technical work statements outlining business needs. Architect and develop cloud solutions for contact center software applications utilizing C#, JavaScript, JQuery, Azure AI Services, ASP.NET, React, PowerShell and REST APIs. Design, develop, and maintain web-based apps as containerized apps in Kubernetes, Docker and Azure. Design and implement database schema using SQL and NoSQL. Use principles of application development and object-oriented programming (OOP). Identify and correct inefficiencies in the development process. Ensure software products are developed using Visual Studio to meet usability standards in industry. Implement enterprise-scale Azure solutions satisfying High Availability and Scalability. Ensure that the latest security features are included in the entire application design.
