PAY RATE: $35.00 - 40.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform aircraft structural modification and repair work on heavy aircraft structures
• Read and follow engineering drawings, technical orders, and repair instructions
• Use aircraft sheet metal and structural tools including drills, rivet guns, and precision measuring equipment
• Install, fasten, seal, shim, and repair structural aircraft components
• Support maintenance operations while following safety and FOD procedures
• Work closely with other maintenance teams to meet production schedules

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations)
• 4+ years of aircraft structural/sheet metal experience
• Experience working with aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel
• Experience using aircraft structural hand tools and riveting equipment
• Experience locating, drilling, countersinking, and fastening aircraft structures
• Ability to read schematics, specifications, and assembly drawings
• Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and lift approximately 35 lbs
