We are not hiring entry-level techs for this role.
We’re looking for a B or strong C-level Automotive Technician who can produce consistent hours, diagnose efficiently, and thrive in a high-output shop environment.
This role is ideal for a tech who:

Compensation Structure
- $53,400–$77,000 annual range
- $24.50/hour base pay
- Production incentive scale:
- 30 hours: +$2.50/hr
- 35 hours: +$5.00/hr
- 40 hours: +$8.00/hr
Top performers can reach $32.50/hr+ effective rate equivalent
90-Day Performance Review
All new hires go through a structured 90-day evaluation to confirm:
- Quality and consistency of repairs
- Ability to produce billed/turned hours
- Fit within shop standards
After 90 days, compensation and production scaling are finalized.
