B-Level Automotive Technician | Earn Up to $77K+ a Year

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$37/hour
Pay Type: Hybrid (Hourly + Production Bonus)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Introduction
We are seeking two experienced B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a growing automotive repair team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who take pride in quality repairs, enjoy working on a variety of vehicles, and want to be rewarded for productivity. You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned facility with modern equipment, consistent workflow, and a leadership team committed to supporting your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and general automotive repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
- Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality repairs and meeting productivity goals.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Experience completing repairs from diagnosis through completion.
- Basic diagnostic experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience using or the ability to learn digital shop management systems and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
- Professional, dependable, and organized with a proven track record of productivity.
