B-Level Automotive Technician | Up to $65,000 Salary 

Location: Northeast Philadelphia
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (3 Saturdays per month with one weekday off during those weeks)

Pay: $50,000–$65,000 per year (Salary)

We Are Hiring

We are seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to join a busy, professional repair shop in Philadelphia, PA.

If you have 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience, enjoy diagnostics, and can work independently, we'd like to meet you.

You'll work in a clean, air-conditioned shop with a strong team culture and a wide variety of vehicles, including:

• Domestic and import vehicles
• Fleet and commercial vehicles
• Hybrids and EVs
• Buses and light trucks

Training is available for technicians who have solid fundamentals and want to expand their skills.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality repairs with minimal supervision
• Repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Service a variety of makes and models
• Work on fleet and commercial vehicles
• Perform general automotive repairs
• Communicate repair findings with the service team
• Maintain quality workmanship while meeting productivity goals

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Some diagnostic and repair skills
• Able to work independently
• Experience with multiple makes and models
• Fleet or commercial vehicle experience preferred
• Hybrid and EV experience is a plus
• Ability to consistently produce approximately 60 billed hours per week
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work the required Saturday schedule

Compensation

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually

• Top-end compensation is reserved for proven, high-performing technicians
• Performance-based raises available after demonstrated success
• 90-day probationary period
