Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Line Lead in Assembly, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of assembly workers to achieve production goals.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assisting in training new team members and promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues to management.
Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
