Warehouse Dispatch Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Dispatch Associate is responsible for coordinating and preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, documented, and dispatched on schedule. This role works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Pay: $24.00
Shift: Sun- Thurs 7pm (must be open to daily OT during peak)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for dispatch and verify quantities, products, and shipping information.
• Coordinate daily shipments with drivers, carriers, and delivery teams.
• Create and maintain shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and dispatch records.
• Ensure products are properly packed, loaded, secured, and ready for transportation.
• Track outgoing shipments and provide updates on delivery status.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch records.
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams regarding order priorities and delivery schedules.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep the dispatch and loading areas organized and clean.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dispatch, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping/inventory systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• 7 year background and drug screen
