B2B Brand Marketing Manager

Our client, a Fortune 500 organization in Dallas, is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing strategies that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Operations, and external agency partners to deliver measurable business results through multi-channel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketing professional with experience in building and optimizing B2B demand-generation programs, managing customer journeys, leveraging marketing automation platforms, and translating campaign performance into actionable business insights. Experience supporting multi-unit and multi-location businesses, franchise/dealer networks, convenience retail, fuel distribution, or commercial sales organizations is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, partnership marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, customer journeys, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing media planning, campaign optimization, attribution modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret campaign results, customer insights, and business metrics to drive strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Operations, and external agencies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated professional with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting oil/gas, convenience retail, franchise/dealer networks, commercial sales organizations, distribution businesses, fleet services, or multi-location retail environments.
  • Background working in highly analytical, performance-driven marketing organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies designed to generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition, and support overall business growth.
  • Manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, media, email, content, and partnership marketing channels.
  • Drive audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, lead nurturing initiatives, and sales funnel optimization to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital and media agency partners to oversee media planning, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance, attribution models, pipeline metrics, customer insights, and ROI to identify opportunities and guide future marketing investments.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage lead flow, campaign tracking, reporting, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Present marketing performance, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to enhance marketing strategies and business performance.
