Overview:

What's the Role?

 

As B2B BSS/OSS Specialist you will share a solid understanding of business processes, available data, reporting capabilities and IT systems that support those processes. You’ll perform detailed business analysis by working with cross-functional teams. You will develop and support documenting processes related to business rules for company's B2B operations and lead all aspects of user acceptance testing, support training functions, and collaborate with the user's adoption of the new IT solution and migration strategies.

Responsibilities:

How can you add value?

  • Manage inquiries related to Functional Area.
  • Gather through interviews, document and artifact analysis, lead workshop sessions, business process documentation, customer journeys, user stories, business rules, scenarios, business and task analysis, and workflow.
  • Assist to communicate (both in written and in presentation formats) that convey ideas and recommendations in a clear and convincing way.
  • Communicate and collaborate proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information and functional needs.
  • Conduct research on specific topics and apply it in support of engagement requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accessibility, user experience, and other key components are factored into requirements, development, and testing processes.
  • Provide support to technical and quality control teams to provide guidance and clarification regarding business requirements questions.
  • Act as liaison between business, sales and IT teams to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands.
  • Partner with IT and product leadership to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the team understands the direction and vision.
  • Collaborate with teams to discover and deliver the best solution to the market presented by the product team lead and the business.
  • Build and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the project's life cycle.
  • Translate features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect customer’s requirements.
  • Support the development of use cases and execution of UAT tests.
  • Facilitate training sessions and documentation and communicate the progress of tasks to team members and other partners.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

What do you need?

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is required.

 

Proven expertise in the field of knowledge management with 2-5 years of experience, including multidisciplinary team management.

 

Experience with digital engagement of organizational personnel for networking and information exchange, including e-mail, social media, internet databases, Community of Practice (CoP) forums, and industry/professional organizations.

Other Qualifications:

  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Attention to detail with a strong understanding of the operational processes and systems of the business.
  • Strong analytics, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to craft process flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management application. Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize various requests and coordinate effectively. Experience leading and facilitating meetings.
  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, SharePoint)
