B2B Collections Representative
Pay range: $24-26 p/h
Location: Anaheim
Hybrid - two days from home
Our client is seeking a B2B Collections Representative to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and play a key role in maintaining healthy customer relationships and cash flow. This position combines collections, customer service, and credit review responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage outstanding balances for a portfolio of business customers
Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements
Respond to account-related inquiries and provide billing documentation
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing concerns
Assist with credit evaluations, including new account requests and credit limit reviews
Maintain accurate account notes and collection activity records
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial collections, accounts receivable, or credit operations
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload while delivering excellent customer service
