B2B Customer Success and Order Processing Specialist

Your mission
Help leading brands bring standout packaging to life. You’ll guide customers through estimates and orders, keep production aligned, and ensure every detail—from specs to ship dates—is right the first time.
How you’ll succeed
Imagine a customer calls with a new project. You clarify specs, prepare a precise quote, and enter the order. You confirm details, coordinate with estimating, production, and shipping, and keep the customer updated. If questions arise, you investigate, resolve the issue, and document the outcome so the job moves forward without delays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact via phone and email for B2B customers.
- Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, estimates, orders, and delivery status.
- Accurately enter new customer orders.
- Prepare and enter estimates/quotations using company estimating tools.
- Review orders for accurate specs, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and requested delivery dates.
- Confirm order details with customers and collect any missing information.
- Provide confirmations, updates, and requested documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, production, shipping, and other internal teams.
- Monitor open orders; proactively communicate potential delays, changes, or issues.
- Maintain detailed records for customers, orders, estimates, and communications.
- Research and resolve discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop strong knowledge of Unifoil’s products, services, pricing, and order processes.
- Follow up when additional information or approvals are required.
- Deliver a consistently positive, responsive, and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong telephone presence and verbal communication.
- Friendly, professional, energetic demeanor.
- High attention to detail; accurate order entry.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Ability to balance multiple requests and priorities.
- Comfort with computers; quick to learn new software.
- Clear written communication.
- Problem-solving with dependable follow-through.
- Collaborative across departments and with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, order entry, estimating, sales support, or related roles.
- Manufacturing, printing, packaging, or other order-driven industry experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
- Familiarity with estimating, ERP, order-management, or CRM systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
