Svyn is an award-winning marketing and communications agency focused on healthcare and life sciences. We run marketing and PR programs for leading healthtech and life sciences companies globally, and we're looking for a freelance PPC/paid media specialist to drive qualified lead generation for our clients.

About the roleThis is a freelance, ongoing engagement, 30-40 hours per month, fully remote. You'll own paid search and paid social strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B healthcare and life sciences clients, with a focus on quality pipeline over vanity metrics. You'll work directly with our internal marketing team and have real input into strategy, not just execution.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute paid search on Google Ads and Bing, including Performance Max and AI Max
• Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and similar platforms
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Conduct keyword, competitor, trend, and audience research to refine targeting
• Own budget management and optimization, with regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to the Svyn team

What you bring

• 5+ years of PPC campaign management and media buying/strategy experience
• Google Ads certification (social platform certifications a plus)
• Deep experience with B2B campaigns targeting niche, specific audiences — quality over volume
• Strong GA4, GTM, and attribution tracking expertise
• SaaS or healthcare/life sciences experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting results and recommendations directly to clients or internal teams
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to move fast in a growing agency environment
