Position: We're currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities and nurturing connections, and presenting our custom products to prospective customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, and account management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Background in HVAC installation/maintenance, contracting, or related industries is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation Structure:
Hourly compensation with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
Eligibility for commissions based on invoiced sales, including incentives for new accounts, reactivated accounts, and existing/recurring accounts
