B2B Marketing Manager Role Overview
Inogen is seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across its healthcare and commercial partner channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs that support the B2B sales team, strengthen positioning, and deliver clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an expert at aligning marketing strategies to sales priorities and has experience building compelling value propositions and driving measurable pipeline impact.
Position Summary
The B2B Marketing Manager at Inogen is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support the B2B sales organization and drive measurable business growth. This role will lead the creation of compelling positioning and messaging, while delivering high-impact marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline conversion.
One of the key aspects of this role will be the ability to work in close partnership with the B2B Sales organization to ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned to commercial priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Key Competencies
Inogen assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $95,000.00 and $119,000.00 annually. However, actual base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including as to individual skills, education, experience and market location.
