What You’ll Do

\n

As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and maintaining strong client relationships:

• \n
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• \n
• Identify opportunities to upgrade, replace, or expand equipment and services
• \n
• Prospect and develop new business within your territory
• \n
• Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close
• \n
• Conduct print assessments and recommend tailored solutions
• \n
• Generate Managed IT leads and collaborate with our IT Sales Engineer
• \n
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• \n
• Deliver outstanding communication with clients and internal teams
• \n

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• \n
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• \n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• \n
• Experience with copier/printer technology is a plus (but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $50,000 ($70k to $100k+ with commission)
