Job Description: B2B Paid Media Specialist
Role Overview
Position Title: B2B Paid Media Specialist
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid / On-site)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven B2B Paid Media Specialist to join our digital amplification team in San Jose. The ideal candidate has a strong command of the B2B paid media landscape-including channels, platforms, and performance metrics-and excels at translating campaign objectives into actionable direction that paid media partners can execute against.
From trafficking assets and managing timelines to ensuring proper UTM setup and monitoring weekly performance, this person keeps campaigns running efficiently and on track.
Primary Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution & Management
Day-to-Day Partnership: Serve as the day-to-day partner to the Paid Media Manager, managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure all requirements, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated and executed upon.
Agency Coordination: Work with the assigned media agency to manage day-to-day project schedules/calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones.
Narrative Execution: Execute hyper-targeted brand and solution campaigns that align with client's AI Data Center and Edge AI narratives.
Campaign Translation & Execution Alignment
Strategic Translation: Partner with the Paid Media Manager to help articulate the purpose and objectives of each campaign to the agency, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable guidance that paid media partners can execute against.
Creative Brief Support: Support the development of the paid media creative brief by gathering and consolidating key inputs and learnings from past campaigns and detailed assets needed to support the quarterly media plan.
Asset Trafficking: Traffic all creative assets to the agency, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and meet agency specifications.
