B2B Retailing Agent / B2B Sales & Account Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US-based B2B Retailing Agent to manage and grow business-to-business client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, handling sales inquiries, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
The role requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work with business clients professionally and efficiently.
Identify and reach out to prospective business clients across various industries
Build and maintain long-term B2B customer relationships
Present and promote company products or services to business customers
Handle inbound and outbound sales communications via phone, email, and video meetings
Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing agreements
Process orders and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment and delivery
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up on leads, renewals, and ongoing business opportunities
Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support
Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Must be currently based in the United States
Proven experience in B2B sales, retailing, account management, or business development
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Experience handling US clients or US market accounts preferred
Ability to negotiate pricing and business agreements professionally
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience in wholesale, distribution, SaaS, retail supply, or corporate sales
Existing network of business contacts is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
