Position: B2B Sales Expert (3+ YOE, US Only)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$50–$70/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify pipeline through outbound efforts, executive relationships, events, and partnerships.
• Run consultative cycles with senior operators and technical leaders to build business cases for budget approval.
• Partner with Engineers to scope deployments, run POCs with clear success metrics, and negotiate multi-year agreements.
• Expand accounts beyond the initial deal, maintain clean CRM hygiene, and forecast accurately.
• Feed market signals back to product and GTM leadership for strategic alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally with technical or platform products for the Fortune 500.
• Proven track record of hitting quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($500K+ ACV).
• Ability to sell to both C-suite and technical buyers, translating ambiguous business problems into concrete value theses.
• Strong discovery, commercial negotiation, and pipeline-generation skills.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environment.

Preferred

• Experience selling AI/ML, data, or professional-services solutions.
• History as an early or founding AE building a territory from scratch.
