Are you seeking a unique opportunity to be part of the television industry? We are seeking Producers to identify and secure Brand Participants to be featured on Original television shows. This is a key position within the programming department, responsible for developing unique, captivating storylines about relevant topics for each show's theme and signing nationally recognized brands including Fortune 500 companies to participate in a show segment.
We are a fully integrated multi-media, digital video, and television production facility with state-of-the-art studio facilities located in Deerfield Beach, FL with a focus of positively impacting people's lives through media. We are experts in connecting PEOPLE with BRANDS to do LIFE better.
Specific responsibilities include:
Research appropriate brands or guests for our Original shows. Identify appropriate decision makers.
Qualify national brands for potential fit with overall show theme and specific show segments.
Develop segment concepts that align with show theme, areas of interest, and editorial calendar. Seek interesting stories that meet the needs of the target viewing audiences.
Present partnership opportunity and funding requirements to decision makers and/or corporate executives. Secure brand participants for programming.
Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (key performance indicators) related to new story ideas and secured brand participants.
Maintain relationship with partners for future opportunities.
Experience and Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Creative abilities needed to develop stories for our Original shows.
Prior sales experience in television or radio a plus.
Previous B2B sales or business development preferred.
Must be creative, hard-working, and entrepreneurial-minded.
Computer proficient with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to learn new software systems.
Must be coachable and flexible.
