B2B Sales Rep

Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Sales Representative for our innovative bottle less water purifier. This person is responsible for developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing business customers. We are a 3rd generation family-owned company with values based on integrity, safety, teamwork and continuous improvement dedicated to exceeding customer and employee expectations. We offer the best drinking water and the largest variety of water treatment products and services available for your home or business.Specific Job Duties

• Follow up on self-generated leads
• Provide a daily schedule of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager
• Maintain current customer relationships as well as build new ones
• Follow-up on company-generated leads
• B2B sales
• Face to face cold calling and visiting businesses

 Specific Job Requirements

• 1+ years sales experience preferred but not required
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Skill and ability to work well with customers
• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• A driven self-starter
• A high degree of honesty and integrity
• Professional appearance and demeanor
