Role Overview

\n

We are looking for a hungry, results-driven B2B Sales Representative who can actively bring in new business and close deals. This is a field-based, performance-driven role.

What You’ll Do

\n

• \n
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients (e-commerce, healthcare, distribution, etc.)
• \n
• Conduct daily outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits)
• \n
• Schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers
• \n
• Present and sell our delivery solutions
• \n
• Close deals and onboard new clients
• \n
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• \n

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience (logistics is a plus)
• \n
• Strong communication and closing skills
• \n
• Self-motivated and highly driven
• \n
• Comfortable working in the field
• \n
• Fluent in English
• \n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

• \n
• Base salary: $3,000/month-$3,500/month
• \n
• Commission:
• \n
• 5% on revenue (first 6 months per client)
• \n
• 2% on revenue (months 7–12 per client)
• \n
• Uncapped earning potential
• \n
• 15 days PTO
• \n
• Gas + toll expenses covered
• \n

Performance Expectations

• \n
• 2-month probation period (performance-based)
• \n
• High activity and pipeline development expected in the first 30 days
• \n
• At least 1–2 closed deals within the first 60 days
• \n
