WRXForce is looking for an experienced, bilingual B2B Sales Representative to help grow our payroll and HR client base locally and nationwide.

Compensation

$50,000–$80,000+ Estimated Annual Earnings

$30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
\n
6% Commission on Annual Contract Value
\n
No Cap on Commission
\n
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
\n
Earning potential is performance-based and varies based on the number and size of accounts sold. Larger accounts provide greater commission opportunities.

What You'll Do
\n
Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities locally and nationwide
\n
Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities
\n
Work company-generated leads in addition to developing your own sales pipeline
\n
Use company-provided B2B prospecting and lead-generation resources
\n
Connect with business owners, HR professionals, executives, and other decision-makers
\n
Identify prospective clients' payroll and HR needs and present appropriate solutions
\n
Conduct sales presentations virtually, by phone, and in person when appropriate
\n
Develop referral relationships and new opportunities through professional networking
\n
Travel for qualified business opportunities, client meetings, and networking events when appropriate and approved by the company
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience required
\n
Bilingual English/Spanish required
\n
Proven experience prospecting, developing, and closing new business
\n
Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
\n
Experience selling directly to business owners and/or key decision-makers
\n
Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline
\n
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
\n
Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable working toward sales goals
\n
Comfortable using prospecting, sales-tracking, virtual-meeting, and other business technology
\n
Previous payroll, HCM, HR services, PEO, SaaS, or related business-services sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required
\n
Ability and willingness to learn payroll and HR-related products and services
\n
