Business Development Representative – Relationship Builder (Not Typical Sales)
This is not your typical sales job.
We’re not looking for someone to just “go sell.”
We’re looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, earns trust in the community, and becomes a long‑term partner to the people we serve.
We are a fast-growing restoration company that helps people through water damage, mold, fire, and complex property issues — often during stressful times. That’s why who we hire for this role matters.
Who We Are
A rapidly growing, woman-owned restoration company built on:
Integrity
Follow‑through
High standards
Doing the right thing — even when it’s harder
Our mission:
Make a positive difference by helping others.
