Job Description Solutions Architect We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team to help us develop and advance our solutions and capabilities in the B2B sales team. As a Solutions Architect on the B2B Sales team, you will be the technical expert partnering with our sales organization and engineering teams to build capabilities to drive sales and improve the experience for clients partners Key Responsibilities: 1. Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights, aligned with the evolving needs of our growing business. 2. Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with our business roadmap and priorities. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams, driving effective prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals. 4. Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity. 5. Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support, further development. 6. Develop and comprehensive documentation for all solutions. 7. Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving Systems. Skills and Requirements Education: B.S. or M.S. in a business-related or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar discipline). Technical Skills: 1. Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, and SQL. 2. Deep experience working with B2B sales focussed systems and processes (including Salesforce and other integrated tools / solutions) 3. Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, particularly using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ. 4. B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar discipline) 5. 8+ years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales Organizations. 6. Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, 7. SQL Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations. 8. Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion 1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 2. Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams. 3. Strong problem-solving skills individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.
