We are expanding our local team with a consultative B2B sales professional who can connect businesses to right-fit talent and workforce solutions.

Role Overview

  • Territory-based business development focused on staffing and HR solutions
  • Client education on Express Employment’s staffing, leadership, and human resources services
  • Full-cycle client engagement—from prospecting to closing and account growth

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with employers to understand hiring pipelines and workforce gaps
  • Research markets, identify high-potential accounts, and prospect new opportunities
  • Grow and manage an existing book of business with regular communication and reviews
  • Plan daily outreach to open new accounts and expand current ones
  • Negotiate pricing structures and prepare accurate service agreements
  • Consistently achieve activity targets and revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and cover a defined territory
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Compensation & Hours

  • Pay: Base salary plus commission — Estimated annual earnings: $35,000–$45,000, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
