Role Overview
- Territory-based business development focused on staffing and HR solutions
- Client education on Express Employment’s staffing, leadership, and human resources services
- Full-cycle client engagement—from prospecting to closing and account growth
Core Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with employers to understand hiring pipelines and workforce gaps
- Research markets, identify high-potential accounts, and prospect new opportunities
- Grow and manage an existing book of business with regular communication and reviews
- Plan daily outreach to open new accounts and expand current ones
- Negotiate pricing structures and prepare accurate service agreements
- Consistently achieve activity targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and cover a defined territory
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: Base salary plus commission — Estimated annual earnings: $35,000–$45,000, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
