+ show more Description Your mission Help Dallas-area fleets move smarter by pairing the right commercial trailers with the right leasing structures—and close high-impact deals from first conversation to final delivery.
Picture this You’ve mapped the day: a morning of targeted outreach and CRM updates, a midday visit with a dealer partner who tips you to a promising referral, and an afternoon negotiation where you sharpen pricing and financing terms. By close of business, underwriting has what they need, funding is queued, and the customer knows exactly when their trailer will roll out.
Impact areas Business development: generate fresh opportunities for fleet leasing and direct trailer sales via cold prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events. Solutions design: conduct needs assessments and present customized lease and purchase recommendations. Deal architecture: negotiate pricing, financing terms, leasing structures, and sales contracts. Lifecycle ownership: manage the complete sales motion—lead generation through closing, funding, and delivery. Cross-functional execution: coordinate with credit, underwriting, inventory, and operations to finalize transactions. Channel ecosystem: cultivate strong ties with dealers, manufacturers, and vendors to accelerate referrals. Commercial rigor: maintain precise CRM records for activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Market fluency: track trailer pricing, fleet demand, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience; exposure to equipment leasing, trailer sales, or transportation preferred. Consistent quota attainment in a performance-driven environment. Knowledge of leasing structures, financing, and commercial equipment sales. Skilled negotiator and communicator with strong relationship-building capability. Self-starter able to manage multiple concurrent opportunities. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred profile Background in trailer sales, fleet management, logistics, or commercial vehicle sales. Existing relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth transportation or logistics market. Experience coordinating with trailer manufacturers, dealers, or OEM networks.
