    • Own website strategy and roadmap focused on new wholesale account acquisition and retention of existing buyer accounts.

    • Maintain and troubleshoot the B2B ordering portal / net-terms account login experience, working with dev or platform vendor (e.g., Shopify Plus B2B, BigCommerce B2B Edition) as needed.

    • Run A/B tests and CRO initiatives on account application flows and product/category pages.
    • Ensure SEO best practices across product and category pages critically given the high SKU count and search volume for ingredient/formulation terms.
    • Manage integrations between the website, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), inventory systems, and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate product data, inventory availability, pricing, customer account information, and secure synchronization across business systems.
    • Manage website/tooling budget and vendor relationships.
    • Report KPIs (new account applications, portal adoption, reorder rate, organic traffic) to marketing and sales leadership.
    • All other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

    Minimum Qualifications Required:

    • 3-6 years managing a B2B or B2B2C website, ideally in CPG, wholesale distribution, food/beverage, or supplements/nutraceuticals.
    • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms, including product, pricing, customer, inventory, and order data synchronization.
    • Strong working knowledge of CMS/e-commerce platforms with B2B functionality (Shopify Plus, BigCommerce B2B Edition, WordPress + WooCommerce B2B, or similar).
    • Experience managing large product catalogs (hundreds to thousands of SKUs) and coordinating catalog data with ERP/inventory systems.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar/Clarity).
    • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, especially for high-SKU e-commerce/catalog sites.
    • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge; ability to communicate effectively with developers.
    • Comfortable working alongside regulatory/QA teams on labeling and claims accuracy (Supplement Facts, allergens, structure/function claims).
    • Strong project management skills across sales, regulatory, design, and development stakeholders.
    • Data-driven mindset with A/B testing and CRO experience.
    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

    Skills and/or Training Desired:

    • Experience with wholesale/net-terms account portals or distributor-specific e-commerce.
    • Familiarity with FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements or prior CPG regulatory-adjacent experience.
    • Background in trade shows or retailer-facing marketing (natural products/health food industry trade shows, e.g., Natural Products Expo).
    • Experience with PIM (product information management) systems.
    • Familiarity with Figma or similar for light mockups
    • Experience managing a site through an ERP integration, platform migration, or catalog overhaul
