What You’ll Do:
As a CRNA with us, you will deliver safe, precise, and compassionate anesthesia services to a diverse patient population—ranging from pediatric to geriatric—across inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll work flexible shifts including 3-12s, 5-8s, or 7a-7p schedules, with no required on-call responsibilities and opportunities to work weekends based on your availability. Play a vital role in surgeries spanning general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy procedures at our state-of-the-art facilities. Once credentialed, you will receive your scheduled shifts and enjoy a supportive work environment with trained staff focused on your success.
Required Skills:
- Valid and active state RN license (WV preferred)
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
- Expertise in performing anesthesia across a broad range of surgical procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia
- Prior experience working in multiple hospital environments
- Ability to adapt to different surgical specialties
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- Active Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia (WV certification preferred but not mandatory)
- At least 2 years of clinical anesthesia practice in diverse surgical settings
- Experience with outpatient ambulatory surgery centers is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Must obtain and maintain appropriate state licensure and certification
- Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) and occasional weekends
- Ability to credential within 60-90 days
- Travel and miscellaneous reimbursements available where applicable
