Job Description
The P&C Insurance Analyst provides support to project, service, and/or solution teams. Responsible for the managing the schedule, quality and completion of projects to improve workflow and use of CRM system (Salesforce). Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the agency management system (AMS360) and improving the quality of sales reporting across all areas of the Property & Casualty Insurance Group. Responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting of competitive intel to inform strategy.
Job Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain AMS360 policy, billing, and user functionality
* Communicate requirements, manage schedule, and project status updates for changes to Salesforce workflow and account attributes
* Collect, analyze and present competitive intel
* Develop/maintain reports to identify critical accounts requiring underwriting attention
* Responsible for project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 3-5 years' experience or equivalent
* Experience using and configuring AMS360 or equivalent agency management system
* Experience developing and communicating project requirements and completing user acceptance testing
* Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project
* Experience influencing teams, including matrix partners and 3rd party vendor resources
* Communicate effectively across multi-vendor environment
* Ability to deliver quality solutions and develop process improvements where applicable
* Experience analyzing data and creating reports with Microsoft applications or Business Intelligence tools
