B94 Harvest -Outside General Laborer

Title: Harvest Worker/General Laborer
Pay Rate: $20/hr. on W2
Location: Fremont NE 68025
Shift: 1 ^st 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Duration: 6 months contract

Job Summary:
Client into agricultural processing, is currently seeking candidates for seasonal positions as Harvest Outside Worker at our Fremont location.

Job Responsibilities
Unload grain.
Perform clean-up work.
Perform some minor maintenance.
Assist in other areas of grain handling.

Job Requirements:
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, which may include:
Prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
Working in confined spaces.
Working from heights.
Bending and kneeling.
Climbing stairs and ladders.
Working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, dust, etc.
Moving up to 50 pounds.
Ability to wear a respirator.

Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and nights.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed.
Exhibit a professional image at all times.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
