Job Responsibilities

Post-launch, continuously monitor core metrics, deliver policy effectiveness analysis reports and business reviews to provide data insights for strategy iteration and business decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional resources including Product, Tech, Legal, Operations and global regional teams to facilitate cross-team project delivery, track project progress, and ensure on-time delivery of policy and governance initiatives.
Support data governance and permission management work. Iterate data access mechanisms, approval workflows and information circulation efficiency to standardize business management processes. Minimum Qualifications:

Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Looker) is a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
