Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst (BA)
with strong domain expertise in
Investment Banking / Capital Markets
and exposure to
Agentic AI / GenAI-driven solutions . The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and AI/engineering teams to drive requirements for next-generation AI-enabled banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for investment banking platforms and AI-driven use cases
Translate business needs into
functional and technical requirements
for Agentic AI-enabled solutions
Work with AI/ML and engineering teams to define workflows involving
LLMs, autonomous agents, and decision systems
Drive
process improvement and automation initiatives
across trading, custody, asset servicing, or risk workflows
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement walkthroughs
Support UAT, validation, and rollout of AI-powered solutions
Ensure alignment with
financial regulations and compliance standards
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in
Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain
Asset Management / Custody / Securities / Trade Lifecycle preferred
Hands-on experience working as a
Business Analyst (8 10 years)
Exposure to
Agentic AI / Generative AI / LLM-based solutions
Experience in:
AI-led automation or intelligent workflow systems
Use cases involving chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents
Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of tools/frameworks like
OpenAI, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI ecosystems
Understanding of
data models, APIs, and system integrations
Agile / Scrum experience
Exposure to
cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Work Model
