Job ID - 26-23734Pay Range: $60 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities;- *Note- The resource will be in direct touch with Business teams.
- Lead the design, setup, and configuration of new Baan 5 companies.
- Provide strong Baan 5 technical and functional expertise, with deep knowledge of at least one major functional area.
- Manage data migration activities, working closely with the Informatica/ETL team.
- Perform and validate Exchange Scheme imports and ensure accurate data loading.
- Validate migrated data, system functionality, and overall solution readiness.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and warranty activities.
- Translate client requirements into scalable and deliverable Baan 5 solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate integration and exchange patterns to ensure effective connectivity across systems.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Key skills; "Baan 5", "Baan", “infor"
- 8+ years of experience with Baan 5/Infor.
- Strong Baan 5 technical and functional knowledge.
- Experience with Baan 5 company setup/configuration.
- Experience with Exchange Scheme imports.
- Strong understanding of data migration and validation.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Warranty.
- Strong requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
