About the Role: Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Hempstead, NY, where you will provide loving care and support to children in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
Assist with homework and educational activities
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
Provide emotional support and companionship to children
Transport children to and from activities as needed
Implement daily routines and schedules for children
Requirements:
Previous experience as a babysitter, nanny, or childcare provider
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children
Background check clearance required
Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
