This role is responsible for supporting restaurant, beach, and pool operations by assisting servers and bartenders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create memorable guest experiences in a high-energy resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately to beach, pool, cabana, and restaurant guests
- Assist servers and bartenders with daily operational support
- Stock bars, service stations, ice, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts
- Clear, clean, and reset tables, cabanas, and lounge areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach, pool, restaurant, and back-of-house areas
- Assist with setup and breakdown of cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, and service stations
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service at all times
- Work collaboratively with the food & beverage team to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, beach club, or resort experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
