We'd love to talk to you!About the roleAs an Assistant Store Manager at Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our flagship retail location! Your role will focus on business performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and developing the store team while representing Babyletto's core values. You'll act as a proactive partner to the Store Manager, ensuring consistency, accountability, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.What you'll be doingProvide product and design assistance to potential parents and growing familiesMaintain a welcoming store environment and provide exceptional service to every guestModel and coach team members on clientele, selling, and communication standardsCollaborate with Store Manager to assess business opportunities and develop clear action plans to drive sales resultsReview performance data weekly and share insights and next steps with the Store ManagerConnect and build relationships in Design TradeSupport recruiting, onboarding, and coaching to build a strong, reliable team benchTake ownership of daily operations, including opening / closing procedures and issue escalationThis role is targeted to start in SeptemberWhat you bring to the table3+ years of experience in retail management.
