Back-End DeveloperLocation: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid mode)Duration: 06 Months plusRate: DOEUS Citizens and Green cards & GC-EAD Only. No Third-party C2C available for this job Duties:
- Manages Data collection API and Batch framework.
- Build highly responsive web-based application components that align with business needs. Build code using server-side logic.
- Write effective, scalable code.
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall application performance. Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
- Test and debug programs.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer
- Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
General Experience:
- At least 8 years of strong hands-on software development with expertise in Node.js and TypeScript for web application development.
- Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and development using Node.js and
- TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including AWS Aurora,
- ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like QuickSight or Qlik for building interactive dashboards is advantageous.
- Understanding of data integration and processing concepts in a web application context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for building scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- AWS certifications and experience with AWS cloud services are a plus.
