Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back-End Developer to join our growing team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core functionality of our software applications. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side code for our software applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development
- Continuously improve and maintain existing codebase
- Ensure data security and protection at all times
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Proactively identify and address potential performance and scalability issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Spring
- Proficiency in database management and SQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
