    Position: Back of House Team Member

    Pay: $18/hour plus tips

    Location: 965 S Colorado Blvd. Denver, CO 80246

    Position Overview:
    As a Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-
    quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and
    sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety
    protocols at all times.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and cook food items using fryers, grills, and ovens
    • Follow all recipes and food safety standards
    • Set up and break down prep and cooking stations
    • Assist with morning prep and line setup
    • Daily line checks to ensure proper temperature of food and equipment
    • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift
    • Keep the dining area, lobby, and restrooms clean and inviting
    • Communicate effectively and support your teammates to ensure a smooth service

    Qualifications:
    • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
