Back of House (BOH) Director

Chick-fil-A Salinas is seeking a Back of House (BOH) Director to lead kitchen operations with excellence, consistency, and care. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about food quality, team development, safety, and building efficient systems in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop BOH leaders and team members Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and food quality Lead and develop BOH leaders and team members Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and food quality Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and Chick-fil-A standards Manage and reduce waste Partner with FOH leadership to support smooth restaurant operations Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture Complete additional duties as directed by leadership

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership experience in kitchen, hospitality, or restaurant operations Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen systems Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team Organized, reliable, and systems-driven Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Alignment with Chick-fil-A values and culture

Schedule
